What VIBE stands for

The GRS content team learns to plan, shoot, edit and measure short-form video with AI. Day 1 builds the thinking and sets up the tools. Day 2 is fully practical: real reels for the GRS parks, with our trainers beside the team.

  1. VValue

    Why a video should exist

  2. IInsight

    Research and emotion, with AI

  3. BBuild

Plan, shoot and edit, with AI

  4. EEvaluate

Read the KPIs, decide what to change

Everyone has the same tools. Experience is the edge, and this program hands it over.

After 2 days, the team can

  1. Say why a video should exist, tied to a GRS goal
  2. Turn an AI-researched idea into a one-page brief
  3. Map the emotion for a park, an audience and a moment
  4. Plan, shoot and edit a reel with AI at every stage
  5. Read the right KPIs and decide what to change
  6. Run a weekly content routine alone

Day 1 morning

Why should this video exist, and what should it make people feel?

09:30
9:30 to 10:30

Why content matters

  • Content is GRS’s 24x7 salesperson. Most visitors decide on their phone, before they arrive.
  • Right content, right moment: holidays, Dasara, festivals, rainy weekends.

ActivitySort the last 10 reels into “worked” and “didn’t work.”

10:45 to 12:00

Researching with AI

  • Find ideas in Google Trends, search suggestions and competitor pages.
  • Use Claude to research a topic, an audience and a competitor in minutes.
  • Mine real visitor reviews for the exact words that become hooks.

ActivityBuild a research brief for one park.
