Dwara Constructions is a design-and-build construction business serving customers in Mysuru, Bengaluru and surrounding areas. For personal data covered by this policy, Dwara generally determines why and how that data is processed and acts as the data fiduciary or data controller, as applicable.

Where another organisation independently decides how it processes your data—for example, a bank, government authority or social-media platform—its own privacy policy will apply to that processing.

• architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, site personnel and project partners involved in a requested project;

• planning, municipal, utility, land, tax, safety or other government authorities where necessary for applications, approvals, compliance or a lawful request;

• a buyer, investor or successor in connection with a proposed or completed reorganisation, merger, financing or transfer of all or part of our business, subject to appropriate confidentiality; and

Service providers are expected to process personal data only for the relevant service and to use appropriate safeguards. Third parties acting independently are responsible for their own processing.

Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly seek to collect a child’s personal data through the website. If a project-related interaction requires processing a child’s data, we will seek verifiable consent from a parent or lawful guardian where required and will not knowingly use such data for tracking, behavioural monitoring or targeted advertising prohibited by law.
